Workshop: 9:00am-4:00pm

Do you know there's an easier way to use Microsoft Excel 2003 but don't know all the tricks? Is formatting a bear? Do patrons ask you questions about Excel that you don't know the answer to? Find the missing links in this Introduction to Excel class. Widely acclaimed by Texas Trans-Pecos Library System members, Marcia Anderson will be your guide as she lays a solid foundation to make Excel work for you.
There will be an hour-long break from 1:00-2:00, where you can enjoy lunch on the town or brown bag it. Refreshments will be served in the morning and afternoon.
Class size will be limited to 15 participants, so register now!
Please note: This workshop and the one on July 23rd are covering different subjects. Excel 2003 and Excel 2007 require different and separate workshops. Please pick which workshop you attend based on what version of Excel you are currently using in your library. You are able to determine which version of Excel you have by looking in the Help drop down Menu in Excel and clicking on About Microsoft Office Excel. If you are using Excel 2000, the Excel 2003 workshop would be best for your needs. Don’t hesitate to contact the CTLS office with any questions you might have.
